Mission Statement:
We believe it is the purpose of St. Timothy's Lutheran Church to be:
a worshipping, learning, witnessing, serving and supporting body of believers in the Triune God and in the Divinity and Gospel of Jesus Christ and who joyfully celebrate the Holy Sacraments. That is, to provide regular worship services in Finnish and English, incorporating the Holy Sacraments. To promote growth in Christ through Christian Education in Sunday School, Confirmation, Adult Bible Study and in the sharing of faith with one another through Christian fellowship. To reach out to people of all ages in our community, witnessing in the name of Christ through our daily lives. To serve one another in love, ministering to the spiritual and physical needs of the members of St. Timothy's, both Finnish speaking and English speaking, as well as to those same needs of the community and the world in large. To support the program of St. Timothy's through financila stewardship and by sharing our various gifts, abilities and time. To be responsive to the changing needs and conditions in our congregation, community and world.
